Buyers are already watching Brentwood and Crestview
Most people moving to Austin start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Austin neighborhood tours have been watched 14,802 times, and my Brentwood and Crestview tour covers the Little Deli and Violet Crown corner, the Crestview MetroRail station, the schools and one of my new-construction listings.
Those viewers are your buyers: people relocating from East or West Coast cities who want to keep walking to coffee and dinner, families who want Brentwood Elementary, Lamar and McCallum, and people comparing Brentwood and Crestview with Allandale and Mueller. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Brentwood and Crestview home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Brentwood and Crestview lifestyle, from Little Deli and Violet Crown to the Crestview MetroRail station. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Brentwood and Crestview the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. You can walk to Little Deli, Violet Crown and Stiles Switch BBQ, H-E-B is around the corner, and the Crestview MetroRail station runs all the way downtown.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. A lot of the people looking here are relocating from bigger cities and are surprised by how spread out Texas is. They need to see that here they can still walk to dinner and take the train downtown. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Brentwood or Crestview
Selling in Brentwood or Crestview is different from selling in a newer suburb. Most homes here were built in the 1970s, and you'll see every stage of a house's life on one street. Here's what I plan around:
- Originals next to new builds. Buyers see '70s originals, remodels and new board-and-batten builds side by side. I position your home for what it is, and if it's an original, I show the lot, the trees and what's been updated.
- Buyers comparing nearby neighborhoods. Your buyer is often also looking at Allandale and Mueller. I've filmed them, so I can show what your street does well, especially how close it is to the Little Deli corner, the train and Brentwood Elementary.
- Walkability is the selling point. Buyers are paying for the location, so I show exactly what's within walking distance of your home, not just the neighborhood in general.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Brentwood and Crestview and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
