Buyers are already watching Foxfield
Most people moving to Austin start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Austin neighborhood tours have been watched 14,802 times, and my Foxfield tour covers Walnut Creek Metro Park, the 7-minute drive to the Domain and MileStone's high-end homes.
Those viewers are your buyers: relocators from walkable cities, outdoorsy and sports people who want the park out their door, and people who want new construction close to the Domain. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Foxfield home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Foxfield lifestyle, from the sidewalk into Walnut Creek Metro Park to the Domain about 7 minutes away. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Foxfield the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. A sidewalk connects you straight into Walnut Creek Metro Park, H-E-B is about 5 minutes away, and the Domain is so close you can see it from most of the neighborhood. My wife and I live around the corner, and we're in that park all the time.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. A lot of the people looking at Foxfield are relocating from walkable cities and assume everything in Austin is a drive. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Foxfield
Selling a resale in Foxfield is different from selling in a big master plan. It's a small community of a little over 100 homes. Here's what I plan around:
- MileStone's inventory. As of July 2026, MileStone still had deals on inventory homes. Buyers compare your home with those, so it has to be presented at least as well and priced against what MileStone is actually offering.
- Buyers comparing North Austin. Your buyer may also be looking at Wells Branch, Allandale or Brentwood and Crestview. I've filmed them, so I can show what Foxfield has: new construction in an established area, right on Walnut Creek Metro Park.
- Questions to answer upfront. Foxfield has an Austin address but is zoned to Pflugerville ISD, and some websites show the wrong school. The roads are private and there's no pool of its own. I address all of that upfront, next to the park that makes up for it.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Foxfield and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
