Where EastVillage is

EastVillage sits right on the line where Austin, Manor and Pflugerville all meet, just northeast of downtown Austin. It's a KB Home community, and the homes I toured were its model homes.

KB Home Plan 2898

As the name suggests, Plan 2898 is 2,898 sq ft on two stories. The one I toured was spec'd as four bedrooms plus an office, and that office could be a fifth bedroom depending on what you need. It's three baths.

It's one of KB's more unique floor plans. It's very open concept with tons of natural light, and it's a really effective floor plan for actual day-to-day living.

KB Home Plan 2070

Plan 2070 is 2,070 sq ft on two stories. The model I toured was four bedrooms, and KB offers it as a 3 to 4 bedroom, 3 bath plan. KB builds it all over the Austin area and throughout Texas.

A video tour is a great way to get a real feel for how a house lives, like the storage spaces, which you don't get from photos.
