Selling your home in Cameron Place

If you're selling a home in Cameron Place, my job is to maximize your home's exposure and make sure every eligible buyer in the market sees it. The buyers you need are already watching my Cameron Place tour on YouTube. My name is Mason Bleasdell, a REALTOR® with Mark Martin and Company, and I've filmed Cameron Place twice, before the models opened and again in July 2026. When I list your home, it gets its own custom video tour, sunset photography, staging if it's vacant, and a launch straight to agents' inboxes. I'm not hired to list your home. I'm hired to sell it.

Buyer exposure

Buyers are already watching Cameron Place

Most people moving to Austin start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Austin neighborhood tours have been watched 14,802 times, and my Cameron Place tour covers the commute to the Domain and Tech Ridge, Pulte's homes and floor plans, and why the homes are technically condos.

Those viewers are your buyers: people who work at Samsung, Apple or the other Tech Ridge employers, people comparing Cameron Place with Evelyn next door, and people who want new construction with an Austin address without paying Central Austin prices. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

My listing plan

How I'd sell your Cameron Place home

The same plan for every listing, at every price point.

01

A game plan, not a spending spree

Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.

02

Staging, at my cost

If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.

03

A custom video tour

Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Cameron Place location, from the quick drive to the Domain and Tech Ridge to The Pitch, PopStroke and H-E-B nearby. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.

04

Sunset photography

My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.

05

Listing-day materials

A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.

06

A launch to agents' inboxes

Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.

Why I invest in video for every listing

Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Cameron Place the location sells a lot of the home. Without traffic you're about 15 minutes from the Domain and downtown, Samsung and Apple are close, and The Pitch, PopStroke and H-E-B are nearby. My family lives just up the street, so I know this area well.

I never assume a buyer knows the area. A lot of the people looking here are relocating for a job on the Tech Ridge corridor and don't know what's around Parmer and Cameron Road. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.

It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.

What you're up against in Cameron Place

Selling a resale in Cameron Place is different from selling in an established neighborhood, because Pulte is still selling around you. Here's what I plan around:

  • Builder competition. Pulte was still building, with some really good deals on inventory homes, when I filmed in July 2026. Buyers walk the models first, so your home has to show at least that well. A resale is finished and ready now, and I make sure buyers see what you've added since you moved in.
  • Evelyn next door. Buyers often compare Cameron Place with Evelyn, which has a pool and courts planned and two builders. I've filmed both, so I can show what Cameron Place offers, from Pulte's design-center finishes to the same short commute.
  • Questions to answer upfront. Manor ISD, no community pool, and private fire-lane streets with no overnight street parking. I answer those in the marketing so the buyers who show up already know.

Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Cameron Place and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.

When I work for you, you get me

A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.

I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.

I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.

Selling in Cameron Place: questions I get asked

Who is a good Realtor to sell my home in Cameron Place, Austin?
Mason Bleasdell is a REALTOR® with Mark Martin and Company who has filmed Cameron Place on his YouTube channel. Every listing gets a custom video tour, sunset photography and an agent launch, and vacant homes are staged at his cost. Call or text (512) 983-7331.
How do you market a home for sale in Cameron Place?
I make a custom video tour (lifestyle first, then the home's details), shoot professional photos at sunset, stage vacant homes at my own cost, put a printed MLS sheet and flyer in the home, and send a pre-launch email to agents the day it goes live.
How does a Cameron Place resale compete with new Pulte homes?
Buyers can still tour Pulte's models and inventory homes, so staging, sunset photography and video matter. A resale is finished and move-in ready, and I price it against what Pulte is actually offering at the time.
Do buyers ask about the condo setup in Cameron Place?
Yes. The homes are technically condos because of how the HOA is structured for zoning, but they're detached and you own your land. I explain that, and the fire-lane parking, upfront so it doesn't surprise anyone at a showing.
Do you stage homes before listing?
Yes. I stage all of my vacant listings at my own cost, whatever the price point. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
Will my Cameron Place home get its own video?
Yes. Every listing gets a custom video tour, no matter the price. My videographer is a full-time member of my staff.
Do I need to spend a lot to get my Cameron Place home ready to sell?
Not necessarily. My goal is to present your home in the best way possible, not to have you spend money. We'll make a game plan together, and I'll be honest about what's worth doing.
Will I work with you or with a team member?
With me. I have staff behind the scenes, but I price your home, show it, negotiate every offer and answer your calls myself.
