Buyers are already watching Easton Park
Most people moving to Austin start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Austin neighborhood tours have been watched 14,802 times, and my Easton Park tour covers the amenity center, the trails and Skyline Park, the home styles and the H-E-B under construction across the street.
Those viewers are your buyers: people who want top-tier amenities, people who work at the airport or Tesla, and buyers comparing Easton Park with Goodnight Ranch and Addison. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Easton Park home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Easton Park lifestyle, from the pools, gym and trails to the airport less than 10 minutes away. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Easton Park the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. You have multiple pools, a full gym, a co-working space, miles of trails and Skyline Park, and as of my March 2026 tour an H-E-B was under construction across the street.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. A lot of the people looking at Easton Park are relocating, and they don't know how close the airport is or what's opened nearby since 2024. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Easton Park
Selling a resale in Easton Park is different from selling in an older neighborhood, because new homes are still going up around you. Here's what I plan around:
- Builder competition. Perry Homes and other builders were still building as of March 2026, so buyers walk new models before they see yours. Easton Park resales are well kept, not very old, and a lot of times the warranties convey. I put that front and center.
- Comparing the right homes. Detached townhomes, rear-entry homes and traditional homes all sell to different buyers. I compare your home with the same type, not the whole community.
- The tax question. Easton Park includes a MUD, so buyers ask about the tax rate. I address it upfront, next to what they get for it: the amenities and a low HOA.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Easton Park and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
