Buyers are already watching Saddle Creek
Most people moving to Georgetown start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Georgetown neighborhood tours have been watched 17,466 times, and my Saddle Creek tour covers the pool, gym and disc golf course, the walkable schools, and the twin homes and single-family homes.
Those viewers are your buyers: people who want to be about 5 minutes from the Georgetown square, buyers shopping at an entry price point, and commuters headed to Tesla or the airport on SH-130. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Saddle Creek home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Saddle Creek lifestyle, from the resort-style pool and disc golf course to the Georgetown square about 5 minutes away. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Saddle Creek the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. There's a resort-style pool, a fully equipped gym and a disc golf course you can walk to, Mitchell Elementary is around the corner, and the Georgetown square is about 5 minutes away.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. Many buyers assume the newer communities are all out along 29 and don't know about Saddle Creek on the east side of town. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Saddle Creek
Selling a resale in Saddle Creek is different from selling out along 29. Here's what I plan around:
- New homes in the neighborhood. Saddle Creek was still building when I filmed in April 2024, and some fully loaded former model homes were for sale. If new homes are available when you list, yours has to be presented at least that well.
- Twin homes need explaining. If you're selling a Pacesetter twin home, many buyers don't know what that means. I explain it clearly: individually deeded, attached by one wall, with windows on three sides.
- The commute question. Downtown Austin is about 45 minutes without traffic. I address it up front and show buyers the upside of SH-130 toward Tesla and the airport.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Saddle Creek and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
