Cele vs. Pflugerville
Technically, the Enclave is in Cele (spelled C-E-L-E), a very small town just east of Pflugerville. Realistically, it lives as though you live in Pflugerville.
You're within about 10 minutes of almost everything day to day: Stone Hill (Home Depot, Chick-fil-A, Costco and restaurants), several child care options, and schools around the corner. Even though it feels a bit farther out when you're here, it really isn't.
It's a smaller community, with plans for more expansion.
Commute, honestly
SH130 is close, and the airport is within about 35 minutes. You can take SH45 to Cedar Park, or 45 to MoPac into downtown.
I'm not going to sugarcoat the rest. As of June 2024:
- The Domain: about 25 to 30 minutes at rush hour.
- Downtown: realistically 45 to 50 minutes.
Most of my clients out here work from home, and that's who it fits best.
The homes and lots
Homes here are on the larger side. Most are 2,500 sq ft to almost 4,000 sq ft, and very few are under 2,500. Almost every home has a 3-car garage, and if it doesn't, it has a 2.5-car garage.
Some lots are greenbelt lots with a walking path behind them. Others back to a street, so there's no house looming over your backyard.
When I filmed in June 2024, homes went up to about $800,000.
The builders
As of June 2024 there were two builders:
- Saratoga Homes was building a lot of spec homes, and some inventory could close within 30 days.
- GFO Home had a model under construction. GFO was started by the Gehan brothers after Gehan was bought out (Gehan is now Brightland). It's a well-respected builder around the area, with a lot of customizability.
Tax rate, HOA and amenities
As of June 2024:
- Tax rate: 2.1%. That's quite a bit lower than some neighborhoods around here. Even Blackhawk around the corner, being in the MUD, is quite a bit higher.
- HOA: only $650 a year.
- Amenities: a community park serves as the amenity area.
If you're not someone who uses the community pool every day, like most people in neighborhoods that have one, this is a great way to put that money back in your pocket.

It fits buyers who work from home and want a lot of house and garage for the money. When I work for you, you get me. I show the homes, I negotiate and I'm the one who answers your call. You're never handed off to a teammate you didn't choose.
Selling in Enclave at Cele
My listing plan: a custom video tour, sunset photography, staging for vacant homes at my cost, and a launch straight to agents.
