Buyers are already watching Enclave at Cele
Most people moving to Pflugerville start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Pflugerville neighborhood tours have been watched 8,546 times, and my Enclave at Cele tour covers the big homes with 3-car garages, the greenbelt lots, the builders and an honest look at the commute.
Those viewers are your buyers: people who work from home and want a lot of house for the money, families who need a 3-car garage, and people comparing the Enclave with Blackhawk around the corner. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Enclave at Cele home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Enclave at Cele lifestyle, from the greenbelt lots and community park to Stone Hill about 10 minutes away. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and at the Enclave at Cele the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. It's a small community of big homes with 3-car garages, some lots back to greenbelt with a walking path, and Stone Hill, child care and schools are within about 10 minutes.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. Many buyers have never heard of Cele, and they don't know it lives like Pflugerville. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in the Enclave at Cele
Selling a resale in the Enclave at Cele is different from selling in a big amenity community. Here's what I plan around:
- Builder competition. When I filmed in June 2024, Saratoga Homes was building spec homes that could close within 30 days, GFO Home had a model under construction, and more expansion was planned. Your home will be compared with brand-new inventory, so it has to show at least that well.
- The commute question. Buyers ask, and I don't sugarcoat it: downtown can realistically be 45 to 50 minutes at rush hour. I market to the buyers it fits best, people who work from home, and lead with what they get for the money.
- No pool. The amenity is a community park. I show buyers what that means for them: a small HOA and more of their money in the house and garage.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in the Enclave at Cele and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
