Buyers are already watching Addison
Most people moving to Austin start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Austin neighborhood tours have been watched 14,802 times, and my Addison tour covers both amenity centers, the trails through the nature preserve and what sets Brookfield's build quality apart.
Those viewers are your buyers: people who work near the airport or Tesla, buyers comparing Addison with Easton Park and Goodnight Ranch, and people who want a nearly new Brookfield home that may still carry the builder warranty. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Addison home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Addison lifestyle, from the two amenity centers and nature trails to McKinney Falls and Meanwhile Brewing nearby. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Addison the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. You have two amenity centers with pools and a gym, walking trails through nature preserve, and McKinney Falls, Meanwhile Brewing and the Roy Kizer driving range close by.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. A lot of the people looking at Addison are moving for a job near the airport or Tesla and have never driven this corner of Austin. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Addison
Selling a resale in Addison is different from selling in an older, established neighborhood. Here's what I plan around:
- Brookfield's newer sections. Brookfield was still building new sections when I filmed in January 2024, so buyers can walk a brand-new home before they see yours. Your home has to show at least that well. A lot of Addison resales still convey the builder warranty, and I put that front and center.
- Buyers comparing Southeast Austin. Your buyer is often also looking at Easton Park and Goodnight Ranch. I've filmed all three, so I can show what Addison does well, from Brookfield's build quality (thicker shingles, masonry, big windows) to a short drive to the airport and Tesla.
- Questions to answer upfront. Addison is in Del Valle ISD, and the schools are a short drive rather than a walk. I answer that in the marketing so the buyers who book a showing already know.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Addison and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
