Buyers are already watching Marble Creek Crossing
Most people moving to Austin start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Austin neighborhood tours have been watched 14,802 times, and my Marble Creek Crossing tour covers the Del Valle ISD zoning, the growth at Goodnight Ranch and Easton Park, the commute and the M/I floor plans.
Those viewers are your buyers: families who want a newer home just outside town with an Austin address, people comparing Marble Creek Crossing with Goodnight Ranch and Easton Park, and people who want a short drive to the airport. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Marble Creek Crossing home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Marble Creek Crossing lifestyle, from the new shops at Goodnight Ranch to a short drive to the airport. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Marble Creek Crossing the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. You have an Austin address on the edge of town, Goodnight Ranch's new restaurants and shops half a mile away, and Easton Park's growth and the flagship H-E-B at Slaughter and I-35 close by.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. Many buyers don't know where city limits end out here, or that Marble Creek Crossing is zoned to Del Valle ISD rather than the schools Zillow shows. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Marble Creek Crossing
Selling a resale in Marble Creek Crossing is different from selling in an older, built-out neighborhood. Here's what I plan around:
- Builder competition. M/I Homes was building and selling here when I filmed in July 2026. Buyers can walk new M/I homes before they see yours, so yours has to show at least that well. Staging, sunset photos and video close that gap, and a resale is finished and move-in ready.
- Buyers comparing nearby communities. Your buyer is often deciding between Marble Creek Crossing, Goodnight Ranch and Easton Park. I've filmed all three. Buyers ask about the tax rate out here, and I address it upfront, because it's lower here than at those two neighbors.
- School zoning. Zillow often shows the nearby Austin ISD schools, not the Del Valle ISD schools Marble Creek Crossing is zoned to. I put the correct zoning in your listing so buyers aren't surprised after they fall for your home.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Marble Creek Crossing and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
