Buyers are already watching Stonewall Ranch
Most people moving to Liberty Hill start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Liberty Hill neighborhood tours have been watched 6,289 times, and my Stonewall Ranch tour covers Taylor Morrison's homes, Bill Burton Elementary inside the neighborhood, the pool and the drive to downtown Austin.
Those viewers are your buyers: families who want to walk or golf-cart to the elementary school, first-time buyers who want a quality build for the money, and people comparing Stonewall Ranch with Butler Farms and Santa Rita Ranch. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Stonewall Ranch home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Stonewall Ranch lifestyle, from Bill Burton Elementary inside the neighborhood to old downtown Liberty Hill a few minutes away. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Stonewall Ranch the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. Families walk and golf-cart to Bill Burton Elementary, right in the neighborhood. There's a lap pool, a playground and a half-court, and when I filmed in February 2024, a new H-E-B was about 10 minutes away and old downtown Liberty Hill about 5 to 7.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. Many buyers are relocating and assume Liberty Hill is a long way out. Stonewall Ranch is on the very east side, basically right off 183. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Stonewall Ranch
Selling a resale in Stonewall Ranch is different from selling in a resort-style master plan. Here's what I plan around:
- Taylor Morrison's new homes. Taylor Morrison was still selling when I filmed in February 2024, and builders can offer incentives a resale seller can't. Buyers walk polished models with sales staff before they see your home, so your home has to be presented at least that well. That's where staging, sunset photos and video do the work.
- Buyers comparing neighborhoods. Your buyer may be looking at Butler Farms or Santa Rita Ranch too. I've filmed them, so I can show what yours offers: an elementary school on site, a low HOA and a quality Taylor Morrison build.
- Being upfront about trade-offs. The alley-load homes have small backyards, and there's no natural gas. I'd rather say that up front and market your home to the buyers it fits best.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Stonewall Ranch and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
