Selling your home at the Depot Townhomes

If you're selling a home at the Depot Townhomes, my job is to maximize your home's exposure and make sure every eligible buyer in the market sees it. The buyers you need are already watching my Depot Townhomes tour on YouTube. My name is Mason Bleasdell, a REALTOR® with Mark Martin and Company, and I've toured the Depot Townhomes on camera. When I list your home, it gets its own custom video tour, sunset photography, staging if it's vacant, and a launch straight to agents' inboxes. I'm not hired to list your home. I'm hired to sell it.

Buyer exposure

Buyers are already watching Depot Townhomes

Most people moving to Round Rock start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Depot Townhomes tour has been watched 4,259 times. It walks through the model, the 12-foot ceilings and fourth-story lofts, and everything within a few blocks, from Lamppost Coffee to the new Round Rock Public Library.

Those viewers are your buyers: people who want to walk to coffee and dinner without living in Austin proper, lock-and-leave buyers who travel, and people comparing the Depot with Monarch on Main. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

My listing plan

How I'd sell your Depot Townhomes home

The same plan for every listing, at every price point.

01

A game plan, not a spending spree

Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.

02

Staging, at my cost

If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.

03

A custom video tour

Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Depot Townhomes lifestyle, from Lamppost Coffee a block away to the library and Main Street. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.

04

Sunset photography

My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.

05

Listing-day materials

A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.

06

A launch to agents' inboxes

Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.

Why I invest in video for every listing

Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and at the Depot Townhomes the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. Lamppost Coffee is one block away, the new Round Rock Public Library is two blocks away, and Main Street's restaurants and live music are right there. It's rare for any Austin suburb to have something this walkable.

I never assume a buyer knows the area. Many of the people looking at the Depot are relocating and have never walked historic downtown Round Rock. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual home: the upgrades, the layout, the systems and what's been updated.

It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.

What you're up against in Depot Townhomes

Selling a townhome at the Depot is different from selling a detached home in the suburbs. Here's what I plan around:

  • A small, specific buyer pool. The buyer for your home wants walkability and lock-and-leave living, not a big yard. I aim the marketing at those buyers, and the neighborhood half of your video shows them exactly what's within a few blocks.
  • Buyers comparing walkable options. Walkable new homes near downtown Round Rock are rare, so your buyer may also be looking at Monarch on Main. I've filmed both, so I can show what sets yours apart, whether it's the finishes, the 12-foot ceilings or a fourth-story loft with downtown views.
  • Stairs and layout. Some plans run up to four levels, and elevators are limited to some floor plans. If your home has an elevator or a strong layout, I lead with it. If it doesn't, the video shows how the floors actually live.

Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Depot Townhomes and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.

When I work for you, you get me

A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.

I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.

I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.

Selling in Depot Townhomes: questions I get asked

Who is a good Realtor to sell my home in Depot Townhomes, Round Rock?
Mason Bleasdell is a REALTOR® with Mark Martin and Company who has toured the Depot Townhomes on his YouTube channel. Every listing gets a custom video tour, sunset photography and an agent launch, and vacant homes are staged at his cost. Call or text (512) 983-7331.
How do you market a home for sale in Depot Townhomes?
I make a custom video tour (lifestyle first, then the home's details), shoot professional photos at sunset, stage vacant homes at my own cost, put a printed MLS sheet and flyer in the home, and send a pre-launch email to agents the day it goes live.
Who buys a townhome at the Depot in Round Rock?
Mostly people who want to walk to coffee, dinner and the library without living in Austin proper, and people who want a lock-and-leave home. I aim the marketing at those buyers.
Does an elevator add value to a Depot Townhome?
Elevators are an option on only some floor plans here, so if your home has one, it's a real selling point and I make sure buyers see it.
Do you stage homes before listing?
Yes. I stage all of my vacant listings at my own cost, whatever the price point. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
Will my Depot Townhomes home get its own video?
Yes. Every listing gets a custom video tour, no matter the price. My videographer is a full-time member of my staff.
Do I need to spend a lot to get my Depot Townhomes home ready to sell?
Not necessarily. My goal is to present your home in the best way possible, not to have you spend money. We'll make a game plan together, and I'll be honest about what's worth doing.
Will I work with you or with a team member?
With me. I have staff behind the scenes, but I price your home, show it, negotiate every offer and answer your calls myself.
