Buyers are already watching Sorento
Most people moving to Pflugerville start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Sorento tour has been watched 1,151 times. It covers the homes, from standalone townhomes to big family houses, Lake Pflugerville across the street and an honest look at the commute.
Those viewers are your buyers: people who want a newer home near the lake, buyers who want a standalone townhome with less yard, and families who want to be close to the middle and high school. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Sorento home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Sorento lifestyle, from the beach at Lake Pflugerville across the street to Stone Hill about five minutes away. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Sorento the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. Lake Pflugerville is directly across the street, with a sand beach, kayaking and paddleboarding, walking trails run through the neighborhood, and Stone Hill is about five minutes away.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. Many buyers are relocating and have no idea there's a beach in Pflugerville. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Sorento
Selling a resale in Sorento is different from selling in an older, established neighborhood. Here's what I plan around:
- The commute. It's the number one complaint I hear about Sorento. I address it up front: with tolls and no traffic, downtown was about 30 minutes when I filmed in March 2023, and day to day you're about five minutes from almost everything.
- Buyers comparing nearby neighborhoods. Sorento buyers also look at Carmel and Kuempel Estates near the lake, which I've filmed too. I show what Sorento offers: the lake across the street and a real range of homes.
- Young trees, wide range. Sorento is newer, so the trees are still small, and homes run from compact townhomes to 3,800 sq ft. Your video shows exactly where your home fits, whether that's a standalone townhome with no shared walls or a big family house.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Sorento and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
