Buyers are already watching Upper East End
Most people moving to Pflugerville start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Pflugerville neighborhood tours have been watched 8,546 times, and my Upper East End tour covers the contemporary Taylor Morrison homes, the greenbelt lots and what's nearby, from East Village to Northeast Metro Park.
Those viewers are your buyers: people who care more about location than a neighborhood pool, people working at Samsung across the road, and buyers comparing Upper East End with East Village and Edgebrooke. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Upper East End home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Upper East End lifestyle, from East Village at bicycle distance to Northeast Metro Park. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Upper East End the location is the amenity. East Village is bicycle distance, Northeast Metro Park is one of the biggest parks in the Austin area, and day-to-day needs, including a couple of H-E-Bs, are within about 10 minutes.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. Many buyers are relocating, some for Samsung, and don't know what's around the corner. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Upper East End
Selling a resale in Upper East End is different from selling in a big amenity community. Here's what I plan around:
- Similar homes. The homes all fall between about 1,800 and 2,100 sq ft, so buyers compare yours with others that are a lot alike. The lot and the condition set it apart. Greenbelt lots, especially those up over the dry creek with natural privacy, are what I lead with.
- No pool. There's no amenity center. I show buyers what they get instead: the location, the trails and common areas the HOA maintains, and no extra MUD tax on top, unlike East Village across the road.
- Nearby new construction. Buyers also look at Edgebrooke and East Village. Your home is finished, in a contemporary style that's rare around here, and the video makes that clear.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Upper East End and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
