Buyers are already watching Double Creek Crossing
Most people moving to Round Rock start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. My Round Rock neighborhood tours have been watched 11,521 times, and my Double Creek Crossing tour covers the new amenity center, David Weekley's homes, the location near Dell and SH 45, and why the homes are legally condos but live like detached homes.
Those viewers are your buyers: Dell and Domain commuters, families who want Round Rock ISD near Cedar Ridge High School, and people comparing Double Creek Crossing with Cielo. When I list your home, its video goes on the same channel, next to the neighborhood tour they've already watched.

How I'd sell your Double Creek Crossing home
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the Double Creek Crossing lifestyle, from the new amenity center to Old Settlers Park down the street. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.
Why I invest in video for every listing
Photos show a house. Video shows what it's like to live there, and in Double Creek Crossing the lifestyle sells a lot of the home. The amenity center has a pool, a dog park, pickleball and a playground, Old Settlers Park is down the street, and the Domain is about 13 to 14 minutes away via SH 45.
I never assume a buyer knows the area. Many of the people looking at Double Creek Crossing are relocating and don't know how close they are to Dell and SH 45. So the first half of your video tells that story, and the second half covers your actual house: the upgrades, the lot, the systems and what's been updated.
It costs me real money to produce, with a full-time videographer, editing and staging. I spend it because a listing that gets watched gets toured, and I'm not afraid to invest in everything it takes to sell your home.
What you're up against in Double Creek Crossing
Selling a resale in Double Creek Crossing is different from selling in an older neighborhood. Here's what I plan around:
- Builder competition. David Weekley was still selling here as of my November 2025 tour, and buyers can pick a lot and customize at the design center. Your home has to be presented at least as well as a model. That's where staging, sunset photos and video do the work.
- The condo label. The land is zoned multifamily, so the homes are legally condos even though they're detached with a survey and a backyard. I explain that clearly so it doesn't scare off a buyer or slow down a lender.
- The HOA question. The HOA includes landscaping, and buyers comparing it with other neighborhoods need to see that. I show what it covers up front. Buyers ask about the tax rate here too, and I address it in the listing.
Honest pricing matters too. I'll show you what's actually selling in Double Creek Crossing and price your home to sell, not just to get the listing.
When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
