Buyers are already watching
Most people moving to the Austin area start on YouTube, long before they call an agent or book a showing. I've filmed the neighborhoods they're searching, and when I list your home, its video goes on the same channel.
How I sell homes
The same plan for every listing, at every price point.
A game plan, not a spending spree
Before anything goes live, we walk the house together and plan the prep. My goal isn't to have you spend money. It's to present your home in the best way possible, and I'll be honest about what that takes.
Staging, at my cost
If your home is vacant, I stage it at my own cost, whether it's close to $1 million or $300,000. Occupied homes get small tweaks before marketing day.
A custom video tour
Every listing gets one, at every price point, made by my full-time videographer. The first half sells the neighborhood and lifestyle around your home. The second half covers the details we don't want buyers to miss, like the upgrades and maintenance you've done, especially the ones they can't see.
Sunset photography
My photographers shoot at sunset, the best light of the day. Your home stands out when buyers are scrolling hundreds of listings on Zillow, and even the interiors look better with the sunset in the windows.
Listing-day materials
A printed MLS sheet and a flyer are waiting in your home, with the specs, system ages and video highlights. A buyer who skipped the description still won't miss anything.
A launch to agents' inboxes
Good agents are busy. They aren't sitting on the MLS waiting for your house. The day we go live, a pre-launch email puts your home in front of them.

When I work for you, you get me
A lot of the busiest names in real estate are teams. You sign with the name on the sign and then get handed to someone you've never met.
I have great people behind the scenes, including my full-time videographer. But I price your home, I'm the one who walks it with you, I'm the one who negotiates every offer, and I'm the one who answers your call, from the first meeting to the closing table.
I'm a 2025–2026 Platinum Top 50 Finalist, and I've sold more than 300 homes in my career. I'd love to put that work into yours.
Watch my listing process
Here's the whole process in four minutes, from the game plan to launch day.

Questions sellers ask me
Who can help me sell my home in the Austin suburbs?
How do you market a home for sale?
Do you stage homes before listing?
Will my home get its own video?
Do I need to spend a lot to get my home ready to sell?
Will I work with you or with a team member?
Thinking about selling?
When I work for you, you get me. I show the homes, I negotiate your contract, and I'm the one who answers your call. No hand-offs.
